Work by Teaneck wig designer in Fashion Week: Wig designer Flora Shepelsky, owner of Teaneck's Design by Flora wig store, has teamed up with fashion designer Norisol Ferrari for New York Fashion Week, Thursday through Sept. 13. Shepelsky will custom design wigs for Ferrari's runway show on Sept. 10.
